Calcium Counts

This one was a bit tricky for me idea wise. I feel like an action pose with some form of transparent bone showing communicates it, but what do you all think? Am I warm or cold?
Check these out yall and pick one to go with out of the three.

  1. I can see how this topic is tricky. I like image C and B. Anyone else have any idea on images?

Is A climbing a rope? Why the helmet?

I like E if you're going for the transparent bone thing.

If C was actually in motion on the skateboard, that could work too.

  3. Of the revised pics, I really like B (skateboarding), and A (biking).

  4. Of the new ones I like A, the bike.

  5. My favorite picture is the biking one. I really like the Xray vision...very creative! I feel like when kids think of bone strength they think of their legs and arms because of their physical activities. A picture of a leg/foot kicking a soccer ball with the Xray vision would also be great. Good job!

I really like wing's soccer idea. It's an activity easily relatable to our teens. Can we have 3 images? Some we may be able to use for the physical activity or 5-2-1-0 Key messages brochures also.
i really do like the bike and the skateboarding drawings. Can we add arm and leg bones to the skateboarder? I fear a Halloween theme...

Let's use the images that contain weight bearing exercises, the skateboarding boy in action and a teen playing soccer (we can use one of the soccer sketches on the exercise handout, Image F). For the skateboarding teen, we can do without the chest/lung bones and add the bones in the arms and legs.
